Slow Cooker Lasagna
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 teaspoonsgarlic; minced |
| 1 pktFrench onion soup mix |
| 500 gramsMince |
| 1/4 cupTomato paste |
| 1 teaspoonDried basil |
| 1 teaspoonoregano |
| 2 teaspoonsVegetable stock |
| 2/3 cupRed wine |
| 375 gramsLasagna sheets |
| 2 cansCrushed tomato |
| 1 Zuchinni; sliced |
| 150 gramsMushroom; chopped |
| 1 teaspoonsugar |
| 1 onion; chopped |
| 150 gramsBacon; diced |
| 1 Carrot; grated |
| -- Topping -- |
| 2 teaspoonsCornflour |
| 1 largeEgg |
| 3/4 cupMilk or sour cream |
| 1 cupcheese; grated |
Slow Cooker Lasagna Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients except pasta together in a bowl
2. Spray slow cooker with non stick spray then place 1/3 mixture into the cooker, place 1/3 pasta sheets on top repeat until finished.
3. In another bowl add all the topping ingredients except cheese and mix until combined.
4. Carefully place over mince and sprinkle with cheese over top.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until topping has set.
Notes
If you have a large cooker double the receipt. You can also freeze leftovers for quick dinners.
