1. Mix Cornmeal, flour, salt, & pepper in bowl. Add milk, egg and oil. Stir until smooth.
2. Heat oil in medium saucepan for 5 minutes. Skewer hot dogs.
3. Dip hot dogs into batter, drain over bowl. Fry in oil 2-3 minutes until golden brown, turning once. Remove and let drain.
