1 CupWhole Almonds
1 CupPecan Halves
1/3 CupPlain Oats
2 tbspHoney
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 CupOrange-flavoured Craisins
1 CupDried Apricots; Cut in quarters

Ulitmate Trail Mix Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the nuts and oats in a bowl and coat lightly with cooking spray (about 3 shots). Drizzle with 1 Tbsp honey and mix in cinnamon. Spread nuts evenly on a pan and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once they've cooled, add the second tablespoon of honey and dried fruit.
