| 1 cCrushed plain croutons |
| 1 Unflavored gelatin |
| Crust |
| 1/4 cMayonnaise |
| 2 tbOnion; grated |
| 3 tbPimiento; chopped |
| 1/2 cCold water |
| 8 ozBraunschweiger; or liver |
| 1 tbPrepared mustard |
| CHEESECAKE |
| 16 ozPhiladelphia Cream Cheese; |
| 3 tbMargarine; melted |
Appetizer Pate Cheesecake Preparation
Combine croutons and margarine; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350F degrees, 10 minutes. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and braunschweiger, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crust.
