Fruit salade manis-assem Preparation
BEREIDINGSWIJZE.
a. Siroop bereiden:
60 cl water, 40 cl witte wijn en 600 gr suiker koken.
Azijn toevoegen.
Afwerken met sambaloelek.
b. Fruit versnijden zoals voor een gewone fruitsalade.
c. Volgens hardheid het fruit in kokende siroop koken tot gewenste gaarheid.
d. Laten afkoelen.
e. Afsmaken met sambaloelek en marasquin.
f. Zeer fris opdienen in gekoelde glazen.
