Original recipe makes 16 Servings
*; 8 tbsp Butter
*; 1 1/2 cups Sugar - Raw Turbinado
*; 1/2 cup Bananas-mashed
*; 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
*; 2 cups Organic Oat Flour
*; 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
*; 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
*; 0 tsp Iodized Salt
*; 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Brownie Cookies Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, banana, and

vanilla extract with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and

salt. Stir flour mixture into the butter mixture until well blended. Stir in

the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking

sheets.

3. Bake for 10-20min (depending on whether you are making cookies or

brownies)or just until set. Cool slightly on the baking sheets before

transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
