This is a super quick and easy recipe I threw together. It's sooo yummy just like a pizzeria. It fed my super hungry family of 4, and I have boys! You can even make this a little healthier by using low fat cheese. Turkey meatbals and reduced fat pizza dough.
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Roll out pizza dough flat on greased cookie sheet.
Spread about 1 cup marinara sauce lengthwise on half the dough. (this is so you can fold the empty side over the toppings at the end)
Top with heated meatballs.
Spoon about 2/3 cups of marinara over that.
Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan over that.
Fold the empty side of the dough over the toppings and push around the edges to seal the dough together.
Spread 1tbsp olive oil over the top. Lightly spinkle Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and parmesan over the top for a little added color and flavor.
Bake until dough is lightly brown. Mine took about 17 minutes.
