Beautiful seafood dip in a cob loaf easy and quick to make and always a hit at parties..

Seafood Cob Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Put in microwave to preheat.
Cut top off cob loaf and pull middle out and place on oven tray in bite size pieces.
Fill cob with mixture.
Put top back on and wrap in Alfoil.
Cook for 20-30mins on 180 degrees Celcius.
Toast pieces of bun on oven plate till crunchy..
Enjoy!!
Notes
Ensure mix is heated through before serving
