Make instant pudding w/cups of cold milk instead of the recommended 4 cups (total of 2 pkgs). Mix 1? to 2 minutes with mixer. Once pudding is blended, add Cool Whip by hand and mix well.
Layer bottom of dish with graham crackers. Add a layer of mix. Keep layering until top layer is graham crackers. Melt icing in microwave and spread on top.
Allow dish to set up in the refridgerator for several hours.
