Ginger Marinated Prawns
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1/4 cupmint, fresh |
| 1 tbspgrapefruit zest |
| 1 tbspgrapefruit juice |
| 1 tbspginger, grated |
| 3 tbspolive oil |
| 1/2 tspsalt |
| 1 lbprawns, cooked |
Ginger Marinated Prawns Preparation
Chop the mint. Combine it in a medium bowl with the grapefruit zest, grapefruit juice, ginger, olive oil, and salt. Stir in the shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
