1 Whole Roasting Chicken
1/2 Onion

Grilled Lemon Chicken Preparation

Rub chicken with olive oil. Season with seasoned salt, coarse black pepper, garlic powder, Lemon herb seasoning, crushed rosemary.

Sit seasoned chicken on chicken stand. Place in a shallow roasting pan, one able to withstand heat from the barbeque. Stuff a piece of onion in the neck of chicken to prevent heat from escaping while chicken is cooking.

Preheat your barbeque, then turn the burners down to low. On the barbeque, cook chicken using indirect heat. I have a 3 burner barbeque. The outer burners were set to low...the middle burner was off. Roast for 90 minutes. Chicken will be done with crispy skin and moist inside.

Simply delicious.

Do not overcook.
