Slow Cooker- Andrea's BBQ Pulled Pork Preparation
Thinly slice 1/2 medium onion and scatter in bottom of slow cooker.
Top with whole 1lb. pork tenderloin.
In a bowl, whisk all other ingredients to make the BBQ sauce.
For tangier sauce, add 1 Tbsp mustard, for 3 Tbsp mustard total.
Pour the BBQ sauce over pork.
Cover slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred meat using two forks and pulling against the grain.
Divide between 5 whole-grain buns.
Makes five 308-calorie servings.
