Brown Rice Salad Preparation
Weigh the rice and wash in the basket
Place water into TM bowl and insert the basket and rice.
Cook to 30-35 minutes and Varoma temperature on speed 4.
Place vegetables into the Varoma dish then place it in position when there is 15 minutes remaining
Check if vegetables and rice are cooke to your like ie. soft or firmer.
Put all ingredients into a large serving bowl; add tuna, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.

General Tips
If using frozen vegetalbes, Varoma can be place immediately into position.
Pack the Varoma dish full with vegetables to increase the volume of this recipe.
Enjoy as a meal on its own or as a salad for the BBQ.
Different dressings can be used or if you prefer, use the TM31 Maonnaise.
Freshly grated carrot, spinach leaves, bean sprouts, chopped nuts, feta cheese can also be added. Place into bottom of serving bowl and pour hot rice over. Mix through
