4 6oztuna steaks
1/4 cupchicken broth
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tbspsoy sauce
4 tspbrown sugar
1 1/4 tsppepper
1/2 tspcornstarch
1/4 tspsalt

Balsamic-Glazed Tuna Steaks Preparation

Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper and broil until temperature reaches 145. Combine remaining ingredients over medium heat and bring to boil until thickened.
