mogriff1 , 7 months agoThis was really tasty! I used olive oil instead of butter and mixed all the ingredients together to make a paste in which I spread over the fish and then baked without flipping.

Weetie33 , 11 months agoIncredibly quick and easy! Everyone, including my teenage son that doesn't like ANYTHING loves it. I have made it with tilapia and swai both, actually like swai better. Throw a bag of steamer veggies in the microwave and dinner is ready in20 minutes. I don't even thaw the fish, just drain off the excess moisture. Excellent!
