1/2 cupButter; softened
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
2 largeEggs
3 tablespoonSour cream
1 eachBananas; mashed
1 teaspoonVanilla
2 cupFlour
1 teaspoonBaking Powder
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1/2 teaspoonCinnamon
2 mediumApple; cored, chopped
1/2 cupWalnut; chopped

Apple Banana Bread Preparation

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Bake Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Oven Temp: 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4

Preheat oven. Cream butter and sugars, and beat in eggs. Stir in sour cream, banana and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Gradually add to butter mixture. Gently stir in apples and nuts. Spoon into greased bread pan and bake 1 hour.

I made a double batch without nuts and substituting yogurt for sour cream. Turned out great. This is definitely going to my favorites.
