This is my grandmother's meatloaf recipe. I've tried a few meatloaf recipes on BigOven, but none of them compare with this. Not even close. This one is so juicy!

1 PoundGround Beef; Chuck
1 Egg
1 CloveGarlic; Minced
5 SlicesWhite Bread; Softened with Hot Water
1/4 CupOnion; Chopped
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
1/4 TeaspoonPepper

Grandma Winebrenner's Meatloaf Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Knead all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a loaf pan and back for 1 hour.

Notes

You can substitute crackers or oatmeal instead of the bread, but I wouldn't. The bread makes it SO good!
