Put first 4 ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 20 seconds or until smooth. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour liquid from blender into dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
