Pileggi's Italian Meatballs Preparation
Mix the breadcrumbs, eggs, seasonings and cheese. Add the ground chuck to this mixture and roll into meatballs. You have the option of either frying the meatballs or baking them. After they are finished, add to sauce if desired.
