Delicious and easy, I love my rice cooker, fresh ingredients placed together in minutes and cooked to perfection!
Place all ingredients *EXCEPT half and half and sour cream* in rice cooker.
Cook as directed for white or brown rice.
When cooking is completed, add half and half and sour cream (whisked together) replace lid and simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Stir and enjoy!
