Peach Crock Pot Pork Chops
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 5 chopsPork |
| 1 cupBrown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon; ground |
| 1 can (8oz)Tomato sauce |
| 1 teaspoonCloves; ground |
| 1 peachesCling-halves (29oz) |
| 1 cupVinegar |
| Salt; to taste |
| Pepper; to taste |
Peach Crock Pot Pork Chops Preparation
Brown Chops Lightly on both sides in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce 1/4 cup syrup from peaches and vinegar.
Season chops and arrange in slow cooker. Put drained peach halves on top. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cover and cook LOW for 4-6 hours
