"I made this apple bread and it's delicious!! My pan was smaller than the traditional loaf pan and took longer to bake, about 15 mins longer than the recipe time stated.
The lenghty part was prepping the apples, but was well worth it! I also added about a tsp of cinnamon to the batter."

Apple Bread Preparation
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and stir. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients in small increments. Add apples; stir. Pour into greased loaf pan, sprinkle with topping. To make topping - Melt butter. Combine dry ingredients. Mix well with fork until crumbly.
