Cheesy Sausage Rotini

1 pound Rotini; uncooked
20 ounces Sweet Italian Sausage
1 can Diced Tomatoes; undrained
1 each Onion; chopped
1/3 cup Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup Feta Cheese; crumbled

Original recipe makes 12 Servings

Preparation

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Crumble and cook sausage in skillet on med-hi until done. Stir frequently.

3. Drain sausage and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, onions, and dressing. Cook until onions are crisp-tender. Stir frequently.

4. Drain pasta. Mix with sausage mixture and 2/3 cup feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
