Combine all ingredients in a sealable jar or other (preferably glass) container of your choosing. The tighter the seal the better. Once combined, shake well, let sit for an hour or two before using.
Per 1 lb of meat, add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the seasoning, with 1/4 to 1/3 cup water. This recipe will season approximately 6 lbs of your chosen meat.
