Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1/3 cupred-wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil |
| 1 teaspoonOregano |
| 1 teaspoonGarlic; minced |
| 1/4 teaspoonsalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper |
| 6 cupsromaine lettuce; chopped |
| 2 1/2 cupsRotisserie chicken; chopped; cooked |
| 2 mediumtomatoes; chopped |
| 1 mediumcucumber; peeled, seeded and chopped |
| 1/2 cupBlack olives |
| 1/2 cupFeta cheese; crumbled |
Chopped Greek Salad Preparation
1.Whisk vinegar, oil, oregano, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, artichokes, olives and feta; toss to coat.
Notes
If you don't feel like making the dressing, you could use bottled vinaigrette.
