| 2 cupsbrown rice; see below |
| 1 10oz candiced tomatoes with green chilies |
| 1 cansweet corn or frozen works great too |
| 1 canblack beans; drained and rinsed |
| water or veg broth; see below |
Rice Cooker Brown Rice with Black Beans, Tomatoes and Corn Preparation
Using the measuring cup that came with your rice cooker add 2 cups brown rice to rice cooker. Then add water or broth to the appropriate level. Pour in remaining ingredients, stir, then start rice cooker.
