2 cupsbrown rice; see below
1 10oz candiced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cansweet corn or frozen works great too
1 canblack beans; drained and rinsed
water or veg broth; see below

Rice Cooker Brown Rice with Black Beans, Tomatoes and Corn Preparation

Using the measuring cup that came with your rice cooker add 2 cups brown rice to rice cooker. Then add water or broth to the appropriate level. Pour in remaining ingredients, stir, then start rice cooker.
