Flavorful vegan quinoa and bean burgers with the perfect consistency!
If using dry beans, soak overnight and boil them over medium heat until soft (about 4 hours).
Add 2 parts water to the quinoa and cook over low head for 15-20 minutes, or until water if fully absorbed.
Combine drained beans and banana and mash into a purée.
Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine all ingredients.
Heat frying pan with oil on low-medium heat.
Form mixture into tight patties and place in frying pan.
Heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Makes 15 burgers.
They can also be baked!
