Original recipe makes 6 Servings
Quiche Preparation
1. Brown sausage until crumbly. Drain and blot.
2. Combine all ingredients (except pie shell) until thoroughly blended.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 for 25 o 30 minutes.
4. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing into pie-shaped wedges
Other frozen vegetables such as broccoli may be substituted for the spinach.
