Recipes » Appetizers »
This is a yummy, quick appetizer or snack which is great for all ages (especially kids). To mix it up a little you could also make some with the walnut mixture and some with nutella chocolate spread, strewed fruit or jam too.

Horse-shoe walnut puff pastries Preparation
Put as many sheets of pastry as you want on the bench. Let them thaw out. Cut the sheets into nine small squares.
Grind walnuts into a container and add enough condensed milk to make a thick walnut paste. Put small teaspoonfuls into the middle of each square and fold into the middle and roll and then bend into a horse-shoe shape and put on a greased oven tray. Brush with beaten egg and bake in oven (190 degrees) until browned. Take out and put on wire cooler and sprinkle with icing sugar.
