1 TbsAncho Chili Powder
1 eachDried Guajillo Chili Pepper; stem removed
1 TbsGround Cumin
1 TbsLight Brown Sugar
1 TbsCoriander Seed
1/2 teaspoonCinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoonKosher Salt
1/2 TbsPeppercorns

Ancho Guajillo Chili Dry Rub Preparation

Toss everything into a small food processor/spice grinder and pulse until well blended.
