Ingredients
| 1/2 stickbutter; creamed |
| 3/4 cupsugar |
| 1 largeegg; beaten |
| 1 tspbaking powder |
| 1 tspVanilla |
| 1 Tbsporange/pineapple juice |
| 1 Tbspamaretto liquer |
| 1/3 cuphalf&half |
| 1 cupFlour |
| 1/2 cupdried cranberries |
| 1/4 cupFeta cheese; crumbled |
| 1/2 cupPraline pecans |
Sunday muffins Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine butter, egg, and sugar and cream with a mixer. Next add the remaining ingredients mixing until wet and all ingredients are incorporated.
Line a muffin tin with twelve liners. Pour batter evenly into each.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes testing with a toothpick for doneness. Toothpick should come out clean and muffin should be golden brown. Remove muffins from pan immediately and set on rack to cool.
Notes
Muffins are best when served still warm. They have a nice caramelization that occurs on the outside.

I posted this recipe. I know this may seem strange with the feta but it adds a light salt factor that adds a more complex flavor.
