| 2 1/4 cupsbrown sugar |
| 3 Eggs |
| 2 2/3 cupsflour |
| 2 1/2 tsp.baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp.salt |
| 1 1/3 cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips |
Nana's Blonde Brownies Preparation
Rub bottom and sides of a 9 X 13 pan with margerine.
Melt margerine and brown sugar in a microwave safe bowl (about 3 minutes, 15 seconds) just until melted. Let stand 10 minutes to cool.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix together dry ingredients and add to above mixture.
Add chocolate chips and pour into 9 X 13 pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 28-32 minutes.
Notes
Make sure not to over cook the margerine and brown sugar mixture.
