Shrimp Roll Salad on Buns

|1/4 cupCucumber; chopped|
|2 teaspoonChives; chopped|
|1 tablespoonParsley; chopped|
|1 poundShrimp; chopped|
|1 1/2 tablespoonsUnsalted butter|
|4 eachHot Dog Buns|
|1/2 teaspoonPepper, black|
Shrimp Roll Salad on Buns Preparation
Precook shrimp in a little butter and oil, peal and chop chunky. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, chives, tarragon, parsley, salt, paperika and pepper to taste in medium bowl. Stir in shrimp meat until coated. Brush insides of rolls with melted butter and toast. Spoon shrimp salad into each roll, dividing evenly. Serve immediately.
