| 1 poundcooked small shrimp; cut into bite sized pieces |
| 8 ouncessour cream |
| 1 cupgreen onions; thinly sliced |
| 1 cupDukes mayonnaise |
| 4 dashesTobasco |
| 2 dashescayenne pepper |
| 8 ouncesPhiladelphia cream cheese; softened |
| 4 dashesL&P Worcestershire Sauce |
Emmy's Shrimp Dip Preparation
Put all of the ingredients, except the shrimp, into a food processor and pulse until mixed well. Add the shrimp and pulse once or twice to blend them in. Scape the mixture into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove from refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with a few whole shrimp and curly parsley sprigs! Serve with pita chips.

Can be made a few days in advance.
