Original recipe makes 12 Servings
1 poundcooked small shrimp; cut into bite sized pieces
8 ouncessour cream
1 cupgreen onions; thinly sliced
1 cupDukes mayonnaise
4 dashesTobasco
2 dashescayenne pepper
8 ouncesPhiladelphia cream cheese; softened
4 dashesL&P Worcestershire Sauce

Emmy's Shrimp Dip Preparation

Put all of the ingredients, except the shrimp, into a food processor and pulse until mixed well. Add the shrimp and pulse once or twice to blend them in. Scape the mixture into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove from refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with a few whole shrimp and curly parsley sprigs! Serve with pita chips.
