8 ozFROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING THAWD
6 cmilk
5 1/4 ozPKG VANILLA INST PUDDING MIX
2 cSugar
12 ozCAN EVAPORATED MILK
Salt to taste

Vanilla Ice Cream (See Butter Pecan Sauce) Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Pour into freezer. Freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Let ripen one hour. Yield 5 quarts. NOTE: May add additional vanilla to taste.
