Fresh Parsley and Basil right out of my herb garden, chopped and added to butter. Fresh Corn of the Cob picked fresh from the garden, husked and cleaned corn cobs wrapped in foil and roasted on grill. YUMMY!
Shuck and clean corn. Wrap in foil individually. Cook on grill for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile chop herbs and garlic and melt butter in pot on stove or side burner on grill, then add chopped herbs and garlic to pot.
Simmer until butter melted.
Let each person unwrap corn on foil, and add herbed butter. That way the butter doesn't run all over the plate, and stays right there in the foil so you can turn your corn and get it all.
