Dak Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Chicken)
Original recipe makes
| 1/3 cupsoy sauce or tamari |
| 2 tablespoonssugar |
| 3 -4 scallions; chopped |
| 3 -4 cloves of garlic; minced |
| 1 teaspooncrushed red pepper |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonssesame seeds; toasted |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonssesame oil |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsginger; minced |
| 1 -2 lbs boneless chicken |
Dak Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Chicken) Preparation
Combine all ingredients and marinade a least 1 hour or overnight. Grill chicken until done. Can separate some marinade (before adding chicken) to be served with cooked chicken. Serve with rice
