Original recipe makes
1/3 cupsoy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoonssugar
3 -4 scallions; chopped
3 -4 cloves of garlic; minced
1 teaspooncrushed red pepper
1 1/2 tablespoonssesame seeds; toasted
1 1/2 teaspoonssesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoonsginger; minced
1 -2 lbs boneless chicken

Dak Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Chicken) Preparation

Combine all ingredients and marinade a least 1 hour or overnight. Grill chicken until done. Can separate some marinade (before adding chicken) to be served with cooked chicken. Serve with rice
