Grilled Chicken Fajitas

| 1/4 cupFresh lime juice |
| 1/3 cupWater |
| 2 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 2 clovesGarlic; pressed |
| 3 teaspoonVinegar |
| 2 teaspoonSoy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoonLiquid smoke |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonChili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoonCayenne |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 1/4 teaspoonOnion powder |
| 1 poundBoneless skinless chicken breast |
| 1 largeOnion; sliced (spanish onion) |
| 1 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoonSoy sauce |
| 2 tablespoonWater |
| 1/2 teaspoonLime Juice |
| dashSalt ~~amp pepper |

| 1/2 cupFresh salsa |
| 1/2 cupShredded chedar cheese |
| 1/2 cupGuacamole |
| 1/2 cupSour cream |
| 1 cupShredded lettuce |
| 8 flourTortillas |
Grilled Chicken Fajitas Preparation
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl
- add meat and soak for at least 2 hours
- Heat grill to medium-high
- Preheat skillet over med-high
- Grill Chicken (6 min per side)
- Saute onions and redpeppers slices for about 5 min, onions are beginning to brown
- combine soy sauce, water and lime juice in a small bowl than add to the onion mixture
- add black pepper and continue to cook till onions are dark on edges about 5 min more
- remove chicken from grill and cover to rest for 5 min
- Slice the chicken
- Serve the Chicken and Onions on a HOT cast iron skillet with all sides to assemble fajitas
