Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 poundextra lean ground beef |
| 1 poundground turkey |
| 1 cupbread crumbs |
| 1 1/4 cupsmilk, 1% lowfat |
| 1 egg; beaten |
| 1/4 cuponions; minced |
| 1 1/4 teaspoonssalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonpepper |
| 1/4 teaspooncelery salt |
| 1/4 teaspoondry mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoonsage |
| 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoonHorseradish |
| 2 tablespoonsketchup |
Charlotte's Meat Loaf Preparation
Mix all ingredients except Ketsup thoroughly. Spread into an ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3. Bake in 350 F oven 1 1/4 hours. Spread ketsup on top and bake for another 15 minutes
