|2 Eggs; slightly beaten|
|1 poundbulk pork sausage; spicy|
|1 poundvery lean ground beef|
|1/4 cupchopped onion|
|1 cupquick-cooking oats|
|2 teaspoonsgarlic salt|
|1/2 teaspoonground cumin|
|1/2 teaspoonground coriander|
|1 cupshredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese|
|1 cupchunky salsa|
|salsa for topping; optional|
|cheese for topping; optional|
Chili Cheese Meatloaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. With hands, gently combine all ingredients except topping options in a mixing bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan; bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until cooked through.
