Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 poundbulk pork sausage; spicy
1 poundvery lean ground beef
1/4 cupchopped onion
1 cupquick-cooking oats
2 teaspoonsgarlic salt
1/2 teaspoonground cumin
1/2 teaspoonground coriander
1 cupshredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cupchunky salsa
salsa for topping; optional
cheese for topping; optional

Chili Cheese Meatloaf Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. With hands, gently combine all ingredients except topping options in a mixing bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan; bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until cooked through.
