| 2 Eggs; slightly beaten |
| 1 poundbulk pork sausage; spicy |
| 1 poundvery lean ground beef |
| 1/4 cupchopped onion |
| 1 cupquick-cooking oats |
| 2 teaspoonsgarlic salt |
| 1/2 teaspoonground cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoonground coriander |
| 1 cupshredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 cupchunky salsa |

Chili Cheese Meatloaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. With hands, gently combine all ingredients except topping options in a mixing bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan; bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until cooked through.
