Recipes »  Breakfast  »  Crepes

There are hundred of recipies out there for pancakes and crepes however how many of those recipies require 300 pots, pans, bowls, forks and spoons? This easy peasy crepe recipie only uses one bowl, a wooden spoon, a frying pan and if your not confident to flip the crepe in the air then a spatula as well.

Easy Peasy Crepes Preparation

Put flour in bowl. Make a well in the middle of flour and add eggs to well. Add Milk ad mix all ingredients together. (If mixture is too watery add additional 1/2 cup of flour). Let mixture sit for 5 minutes while frying pan heats up. Add 3/4 of a cup of mixture to pre-heated pan. Ensure mixture is evenly covering frying pay. When outer edges of crepe are cooked and when you lift up edges of crepe nothing runs flip over. Repeat for each desired crepe.

When cooking is complete add desired toppings. My favorite is on each individual crepe use lemon juice and sugar... BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!

Plus if you don't use all your mixture in one sitting you can cover and place in fridge, when using again add 1/2 milk or until desired consistency is met.
