Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 2 1/2 cupsNappa Cabbage; shredded |
| 1/4 cupCarrots; shredded |
| 1 bunchGreen Onions; sliced |
| 1/4 cupSeasoned Rice Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoonSugar |
| 1 tbsWater |
| 2 teaspoonsDark sesame oil |
| 1 cloveGarlic; pressed |
Asian Cole Slaw Preparation
Shred cabbage, carrots and green onions in a salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Dress salad just before serving. Dress only as much as you will eat as the dressed salad will get mushy.
