Grill or Broil the Mahi Mahi. Warm the black beans and salsa in a sauce pan. Toss cabbage and carrots with the lime juice. Broil the tortilla on a cookie sheet until crispy. Plate the tortilla, then top with the black bean mixture, cabbage and carrots mixture, fish, and pico de gallo and guacamole.
