| 1 cupGolden Raisins |
| 1 tbsCaraway Seeds |
| 1/8 cupSugar |
| 2 largeEggs |
Irish Soda Bread Preparation
Preheat oven to 400?
Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add to dry mix. Knead on a floured surface. Form into a ball and cut an X on top. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until brown and the center is firm.
