1. Peel and slice onion
2. Heat med size pan with oil and cook onion until golden brown
3. Add two red chili's, half of the cilantro and chopped tomatoes reduce to simmer
4. Add salt, ginger, garlic and chili powder, stir well
5. Add the ground lamb and fry for 7-10 minutes
6. Add peas to the mixture and cook 3-5 more minutes
7. sprinkle chopped red chili and the rest of the cilantro then serve
