| 2 cupsKetchup |
| 1 cupDark Molasses |
| 1/2 cupWhite vinegar |
| 1 teaspoonChili powder |
| 1 teaspoonPaprika |
| 1 teaspoonOnion powder |
| 1 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoonAllspice |
| 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoonGround mace |
| 1/2 teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoonLiquid smoke |
Big Time Thick and Sticky Barbeque Sauce Preparation
Prepare the above ingredients in a sauce pan.
Then combine 2 cups of this sauce with 1 cup of honey and 1 tablespoon hot sauce in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until reduced and thickened. Use to finish.
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. As soon as the molasses dissolves, the sauce is ready to use.
Store in a glass jar or plastic container in the refrigerator.
