Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 12 Servings
Banana Oatmeal Muffins Preparation
1. In a bowl combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl combine oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and bananas.
3. Add oil mixture to flour mixture.
4. Mix only until moistened.
5. Dip into greased muffin tins.
6. Bake 350 convection 400 regular oven for 20 minutes.
