WASC Red Velvet Cake
Original recipe makes 16 Servings
| 1 butter cake mix |
| 2 1/2 tablespooncocoa |
| 1 1/3 buttermilk |
| 1 ouncered food coloring |
| 1 stick butter; melted |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1 teaspoonvanilla |
| 1 teaspoonsoda |
| 1 tablespoonvinegar |
WASC Red Velvet Cake Preparation
1. In mixer bowl combine cake ingredients.
2. Mix on low for 30 seconds until moist.
3. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Pour into 2 paperlined and greased 9 inch round cake pans.
5. Bake 300 convection oven 350 regular oven 20-30 minutes.
