Original recipe makes 1
1 16-oz boxvanilla soymilk; or Rice milk
2 10-oz packagessilken tofu; Regular or low-fat
1 tbvanilla extract; Plus
1/4 cSugar
2 tbBrown sugar
1/2 cuprum; or brandy, (up to 1 cup)
Nutmeg; Optional
1/4 tsGround tumeric

Vegan Eggnog Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thoroughly stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
