Baked Ziti with Ground Beef
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 1/2 poundground beef; cooked |
| 1 cuponion; chopped |
| 1 cupbell pepper |
| 1/4 cupoil |
| 2 cans; (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained |
| 1 can; (8 oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 teaspoondried basil |
| 1 teaspoondried oregano |
| 1 teaspoongarlic powder |
| 2 teaspoonssalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonpepper |
| 8 ounces ziti; cooked and drained |
| 3 cupsmozzarella; shredded |
Baked Ziti with Ground Beef Preparation
1. Cook onion and bell pepper and oil in microwave 4 minutes or until tender.
2. Combine all ingredients and half of the cheese in a bowl.
3. Pour into a greased pan.
4. Top with remaining cheese.
5. Label
Baked Ziti
Bake thawed 25-30 minutes or until hot.
Measure 4 1/2 pounds into a large and the remaining into a small container or make 3 small.
